Job Description
We are looking for a Physical Security Officer(UAE National) who will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment. Regularly inspecting the physical premises is required, as well as maintaining security monitoring systems. Assist in screening procedures for visitors and employees entering the building and must know how to evacuate the building in case of emergencies. In addition, he will have to be responsible for the Security Guards and any related matters in all CBI Premises.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Recommend security procedures to working practices that are safe in coordination with the Manager Physical Security and comply with legislation.
Identify, investigate and resolve security breaches.
Assist the manager in the preparation of security strategies, develop & implement security standards, policies and procedures.
Make sure all SLAs are met and no delay in accomplishing the security standards.
Ensure to safeguard the Bank from internal as well as external threats.
24hrs on call availability is required in case of emergency.
Coordinate in carrying out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced as per report.
Monitor the performance of the security guards and ensure they are well trained and aware of the banks rules and regulations.
Be in line with the safe operational procedures, which identify and take account of all relevant hazards.
Ensure all security devices are complying with the police specifications / regulations.
Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements
UAE National only
Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Minimum 5 years experience related experience in UAE is mandatory.
High proficiency in relationship management, customer service & communication skills is desirable
