Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Define and steer overall EI strategy and business performance together with business management and each business units.
Strategic and tactical support to business units to ensure achievement of aspiration and budget through implementation of transformation agenda and defined growth plans.
Build capabilities across the organization, focused on business planning and implementation.
Maximize synergies across Business units, resulting in revenue generation and cost reduction.
Ensure top-down alignment across the different business units .
Act as a center of excellence for best practices across all EI topics, leveraging external and internal expertise.
