    Job Description

    We are looking for an HR Intern for 3 MONTHS to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.

    HR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in HR and getting a closer look of how our company approaches payroll, recruiting and employee development, we’d like to meet you.

    Ultimately, you will assist in activities pertaining to HR Generalist.


    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Source potential candidates from various online channels

    • Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements

    • Assisting HRBP in On-Boarding & Induction Formalities.

    • Designing & Managing new Programs for fulfilling sourcing requirements of Clients

    • General Administration and People operations

    • Assist on various employee engagement activities

    • Provide support to organize various corporate initiatives / programs

    • Launch of initiative specific surveys and analysis

    • Scheduling & Follow-up’s


    Job Requirements

    • MBA preferred

    • Must have a track record of success from school or work experience.

    • Display strong initiative, thinking and problem solving

    • Strong verbal and written communication

    • Adaptability and willingness to learn

    • Knowledge of MS Office

    • Knowledge of basic HR functions

    • Self-starter, proactive, requires minimum supervision.
