Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Receipt checks in foreign currencies and sent to the collection through the department concerned and follow-up save and follow-up inventory of instruments and checks bearing the serial numbers.
Keep key or PIN for branches vault
Conform the daily work of the cash box and handed over to the vault
cross selling of services for Warba Bank such as cards, short message service SMS, and online banking services with a highlight on unit sales. Print account statements.
Handle with inquiries and customer requests and complaints in accordance with the defined quality standards.
Ensure comply with all standards and procedures to prevent money laundering applicable in particular and to report any suspicious activity
