Alahli Bank of Kuwait - ABK is currently recruiting for the role of Relationship Manager - Elite Banking
Reports To Branch Manager with Head of Elite Banking oversight
Efficiently manage high worth clients, providing high end services and maximizing profits along with creating good will for the bank
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
People Management Supervise employees and the team in line with people policies & practices. Communicate operational procedures.
Target Planning: Achieve agreed individual performance targets for income generation, product sales and new client growth targets
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction with all products/services offered by ABK and ACIC
Business Development:
Coordinate when needed with product specialists in different businesses (e.g. CBD, ACIC, Treasury) to push for products
Exercise Organization: Conduct KYC exercise
Sales: Deliver sales of products and services. Prepare sales plans in order to meet established targets. Ensure that relevant products are sold to customers based on customer risk profiles
Enquiry Management: Respond to client enquiries and request
Clients Management: approach new clients by offering new products, services and providing continuous customer service.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience in Business Administration and Management
Minimum 5 years banking sector experience
Minimum Experience 3 years in Affluent Banking, or in supporting relationship management
Successful record of supporting major high worth clients
Understanding of Retail Banking products and services
Knowledge of Retail Banking practice and processes
