ALEXBANK is currently recruiting for the role of Cards Product Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Support and provide commercial coordination to the product-related sales force in the Branch Network.
Allocate the budget for the product
Prepare product requirements, both in the product creation and the product fine-tuning phase;
Ensure customer value management (e.g. customer care, cross selling, retention, win back and loyalty);
Prepare the staff education plan for new products / services and to provide expert support in staff training, in cooperation with the HR & Organization Department.
Propose price structure and policy for products / services based on value / profitability analysis, to continually monitor prices’ variable elements’ variations also ensuring the related implementation and update.
Develop the internal regulation regarding products / services and to design related contracts, sales documentation and client brochures in coordination with the Legal Department and the Compliance & AML Department.
Support IT developments related to products / services by preparing business requirements and participating in User Acceptance tests.
Job Requirements
Minimum 4 Years of Retail Banking Products experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with different parties.
Advanced English Language Spoken & Written.
Good Presentation Skills.
Strong Analytical Skills.
