Banque du Caire - BDC is currently recruiting for the role of Planning & Business Development officer
Planning & Business Development Officer/Senior Officer will be part of the Strategy & Business Development team within the SME Banking Group. He / She will be in charge of driving/Participating in the execution of business plans/projects with relevant stakeholders (internal & external) to deliver the requirements in order to fulfill the plans set as per SME Banking Strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Develop business plans in coordination with supervisor to achieve set goals & strategy.
Cultivate strong business relationships with key stakeholders aiming to scale up the SME business
Proactively identify new opportunities through internal alignments and/ market research to deliver innovative solutions/plans that will serve SME clients
Work closely with prospective partners/stakeholders on open projects and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
Develop business ideas/proposals for new and existing plans & processes related to SME customer journeys
Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, planning activities, prospective partnerships and industry trends pertaining SME segments
Respond to all challenges/issues that might affect set plans’ timelines with prompt attention
Job Requirements
Equivalent experience; 1-3 years in sales, planning, or business development environment. Preferably in SME Banking
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
Strong interpersonal & excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Critical thinking skills, analytical, organized, self-motivated
