Banque du Caire - BDC is currently recruiting for the role of Retail Investigation and Data Entry Head
Managing the relationship between Bank and External Verification vendors. Monitor and control the data accuracy for proposed retail loans.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Managing data entry team to maintain data quality and accuracy
Managing the delivery of all requested verifications related to the customer
Handling all complains/inquires related to the external reports
Ensure that random samples across all the external agencies are in place and meeting business requirements
Reviewing the monthly verification claims across the existing data
Monitoring the external verification vendors’ performance
Conducting a random visits to the external agencies to stand on their logistical preparations for delivering the accepted quality level of service
Anticipate and solve obstacles to ensure smooth business workflow
Setting goals for subordinates and evaluate their performance
Prepare regular reports for the related tasks
Provide Guidance, coaching and support for subordinates in order to improve their Skills / Abilities
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree holder
Minimum of 5 years in related functions
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Problem Solving Attitude
Good Command of English
