Banque du Caire - BDC is currently recruiting for the role of Payroll Business Head
Handling all matters related to Payroll deals for retail purposes, developing & implementing strategies to enhance payroll product proposition and improve customer loyalty.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Review, develop and launch new segments benefits to increase the profits and market share within key account segment.
Managing the retail payroll product unit, Evaluate presented exception requests, profitability analysis & issuing all the retail offers and reviewing the feedback.
Recommend pricing mix for different products within the deal
Monitor sales and post-sales activities for Retail Payroll deals.
Ensure procedures and documentation of the exceptions approval process is updated.
Benchmark Bank’s products and pricing in the offers through regular market feed-back.
Provide assistance to the distribution channels (contact person) to close the deal.
Measure and monitor customer attrition; promote and implement retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
Monitor achievement of business plan, define variances, and take corrective actions through regular meetings with related parties.
Develop a tailored package to meet customer’s requirements in order to increase number of new customers.
Review and monitor competitor products to ensure competitive edge.
Set up direct marketing activities to maximize sales and product utilization.
Manage the marketing budget of the department to optimize advertising and promotional spending.
Ensure provision of training, communication and accurate product information throughout the DSF and the retail network.
Job Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in retail banking products.
Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent managerial and leadership skills
Good presentation skills.
