Burgan Bank is currently recruting for the role of Manager - HR Operations
The job holder is responsible for managing all processes relating to the Bank’s compensation and benefits packages and advising the Payroll department regarding any changes to individual’s salaries, allowances and other ad hoc or regular payments. He/she shall manage, monitor, and control all day to day tasks of HR – Operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Planning and Management
Manage the study, analysis, design, communication, implementation and administration of a variety of compensation and benefit programs, policies and procedures and develop recommendations for improvement / enhancements
Establish policies and procedures required for the compensation and Benefits function; performance appraisal/management; incentive programs etc., that are aligned with the Bank's strategic objectives
Analyse current programs, develop recommendations to improve/enhance programs and implements approved programs
Prepare, secure approval, and implement department operating budget and operates within those guidelines
Operations, Review and Reporting
Understanding
Maintain updated knowledge of rules, regulations and standards in the concerned field and related matters of interest to the department Fieldwork
Manage the day-to-day tasks of HR – Operations including but not limited to Leaves, Health & Life Insurance, as well as familiarizes employees with established policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
Manage, review and update HRMS system for all staff information and payroll data and handle the end of service process
Reporting
Generate and escalate periodic and ad hoc reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Stakeholder Management
Internal Interactions
Participate in the various cross-functional committees/teams for multiple purposes to achieve optimal cooperation and deliver quality service
Deal with all complex queries from managers and employees relating to Human Resources policies and procedures in an efficient and professional manner, understanding the nature of the inquiry to ensure high standard service is provided
People Development
Participate in the selection and development of staff
Evaluate performance and recommend developmental needs of the team like development of core expertise in the given countries, sectors etc.
Review recommendations of subordinate staff and provide guidance in resolving complex or sensitive problems
Maintain and promote positive work culture and responsible for improving employee engagement level of the team
