    the Arab African International Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Corporate Liabilities Relationship Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Responsible for effectively selling the Bank’s depository and treasury services to existing and prospective clients.

    • Ensure the implementation of marketing strategy within the large corporate section.

    • Achieving deposit and fee income goals and solidifying customer retention efforts by providing a superior level of relationship management and customer service by providing alternative solutions.

    • Maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure proper servicing of accounts and to expand existing business through the regular visits, monthly reports and corporate events.

    • Follows up the daily large transactions to keep monitoring existing clients.

    • Identifies existing and potential key large corporate clients and define their needs

    • Manage large corporate client’s relationships in a way to achieve set targets and ensure customer satisfaction through complaints and service recovery process follow up.

    • Assists management in developing a market sales strategy and setting sales objectives, where he is accountable to assist in the design and ensures the proper installation of treasury services, along with developing new treasury services that directly addresses client profiles and requirements. Refers and engages with business partners (treasury team).

    • Actively manage new and existing corporate clients to ensure a substantial cash management business for our clients.

    • Proactively review assigned client base and identifies deposit and cash management services solutions and provide referrals to corporate facilities teams based on customer needs.

    • Proactively review assigned client base and identifies deposit and cash management services solutions and cross-sale opportunities based on customer needs.

    • Develop corporate liabilities proposals and pricing for prospective and existing clients to further develop and strengthen business relationships

    • Serve as the internal Bank expert for treasury management products and services; actively participates in sales meetings, joint call planning in coordination with the corporate RMs and consumer banking sales officers in pre-proposal discussions to fully understand client needs.

    • Assessing customer needs and requirements, translating into sales deliverables across a wide array of treasury and cash management products.


    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting or a related discipline.

    • Minimum 7 years of large corporate experience in a leading regional/international bank.

    • Thorough knowledge of cash management sales programs, products and services

    • Competencies & Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written command of English and Arabic.

    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills.

    • Demonstrable problem solving.

    • Proficient user of MS Office Applications.
