    Job Description

    the Commercial Bank of Kuwait - CBK is currently recruiting for the role of Officer: Documentation - Credit Administration

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Review all finance transaction applications and ensure full information are obtained.

    • Ensure finances documentations are provided in compliance with approved credit decisions, financing policies and procedures and that they are within regulatory requirements.

    • Complete, communicate and verify with customers any documentations, acknowledgments or disclosures required.

    • Organize, coordinate and audit credit files for compliance with relationship thresholds and financing policy requirements.

    • Review finance Agreements for completion and proper approval.

    • Update customers financing Limits on the related systems.

    • Provide day to day technical support in serving the credit teams.

    • Ensure necessary arrangements for blocking or retaining any deposits, investments, trusts, insurance products or request for a mortgage documentation of any required collateral.

    • Prepare entries for disbursement of finance amounts.

    Job Requirements

    • Correct drafting of letters and documents

    • Good document maintenance, effective retrieval

    • Advanced computer Skills

    • Fluent in English and Arabic

    • Education: Accounting, Finance & Business Administration.

    • Kuwaiti Nationals.
