the Arab African International Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Human Capital & Digital Operations Re-Engineering Senior Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Assist and support the automation of the Operations processes. In addition to helping analysing the processes in order to eliminate duplication of activities and reduce TAT and cost.
Act as a liaison with all the organization stakeholders in order to support in improving and transforming operational processes.
Follow-up the implementation of the corrective action plans needed resulted from findings reports (e.g. Audit report, Monthly Operational Risk report, etc...).
Create process mapping with in-depth existing and future process flows.
Conduct visits to the selected operations and support group departments in order to track the daily activities and processes.
Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for re-engineering functions to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
Implement approved department policies, processes and procedures and ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.
Ensure compliance with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal AAIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain AAIB’s Sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
From 3 - 5 years of experience in banking field
Excellent command of English and Arabic Languages
Excellent in MS. Word/ Excel/ Power Point/Basic Access /Visio / Project
Excellent in internet tools & applications
Flexible and adapt to change
Self-starter
Reliable
