The Arab Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Transformation Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Implement the initiation, detailed planning and delivery of transformation projects.
Review business strategy and customer requirements and select core processes and prioritize it accordingly.
Optimize the allocation of team members across the different projects based on need and capability to ensure the delivery of transformation roadmap.
Follow scientific approach to solve business problems.
Ensure the process designs are cost effective with minimum risk.
Contribute to the development of transformation discipline and culture with Arab Bank.
Build strong relationships with other lines of business to collaborate on implementing desired change.
Benchmark solutions with other organizations to ensure the implementation of industry best practices.
Job Requirements
8-10 years with minimum of 3 years in the same field.
Very Good Banking knowledge
Ability to implement process management standards.
PMP is a plus.
Leadership and change managements skills.
