    Job Description

    To provide technical support to the users of business applications to ensure that the business benefits of applications continue to be achieved throughout their lifetime.

    To provide ongoing technical maintenance and usage support of business applications in order to maintain their reliability and business benefits.

    In-depth knowledge of Brokerage and Financial Market Applications ( RIA, Admin/Delaer Terminal, APPIA)

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Ensure business application services are maintained as per agreed availability and capacity.

    • To update the superiors as per the reporting structure on the status of the overall issues and resolutions

    • To coordinate and provide on-call support assignment and problem resolution for applications maintained by Application Support Team.

    • To maintain updated knowledge with respect to relevant technology, equipment, and/or systems.

    • To track all pending issues and ensure the resolution of the same as per the agreed priority and timelines.

    • To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

    • To provide on-call support and problem resolution for computer applications, including post office hours and holidays.

    • To provide timely resolution for incidents reported and response to business users within SLA.

    • Deploy fixes & patches provided by vendor in UAT environments and coordinate with Projects & Development team for completion of testing. Verifying program units for dependency in UAT with existing UAT in progress and advise vendor for retro fit in case if dependency is found.

    • Validate changes / Request for Change (RFC) provided by business units in order to be developed in house or forward to vendor and accordingly route it

    • Responsible & accountable to follow relevant IT-Dept & GIS processes while performing activity, duties, roles & responsibilities.

    • Responsible & accountable provide timely response (correct & complete) related to Audit subject.

    • Responsible for ensuring Disaster Recovery plans & procedure are maintained.

    • Responsible & accountable to provide assistance to IT-Quality assurance in continual improvement of Quality management system.

    • Maintain SOPs and documentations related to the Application Support functions and services.

    • All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum 3-4 Years of IT experience in similar domain

    • Education Bachelor / Engineering
