Advisory Analysts are involved in every stage of a transaction, including underwriting, market research, BOV and RFP prep, property tours, preparation of offering memorandums, marketing materials, negotiations, due diligence, closing, and client meetings / events. The candidate would be an integral member of a dynamic, high-energy, experienced team of brokers, analysts, and graphic designers..
Unpaid Internship for 3 - 6 months
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Advanced financial modeling for real estate valuations using a proprietary excel model and additional analytic support for broker opinions of value.
Prepare investment advisory marketing content—including pitches, new business proposals, offering memorandums, and supplemental marketing pieces through collaboration with Directors and analysts.
Thoroughly analyze client financials, rent rolls, and other real estate documents including appraisals, notes, leases, market surveys, etc.
Job Requirements
Graduate in any discipline or Post Graduate in Real Estate / Finance
Basic knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate Industry
Ideally, candidate has worked in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and/or asset management.
Strong analytical background with attention to detail
Strong organizations skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks
Ability to coordinate tasks in accordance with priorities
Show proof of rigor and autonomy when working
Ability to work to meet deadlines, even when timeframes are demanding
Good report writing skills in MS Word
Ability to prepare succinct Power Point presentations
Excellent understanding of MS Excel and modelling

Willingness to take on new challenges
Efficiently use words to communicate complex ideas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, preferably also in Arabic and French (selection criteria will first and foremost depend on calibre and profile rather than language skills)
