Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Support in the ongoing recruitment activities for Kuwaiti nationals this include:
Source & Screening
Coordinate Interviews and maintain the applicant tracking system database by ensuring that all candidate information and activity is up to date
Shadow & Observe the Talent Acquisition Partner during the interviews
Participate in various projects internally and externally
Youth Initiative
Diversity & Inclusion
Job Requirements
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (preferably in HR)
Enjoys working in a dynamic environment
Enjoys engaging with candidates and stakeholders through different channels
Good communication skills
Proficiency in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office
As part of the Nationalization Program only Kuwaiti Nationals will be considered.
