Egyptian German Technical Academy Winter Internship (Virtual)
The Virtual Winter Internship at EGTA is a 2-weeks technical training program implemented by the Egyptian German Technical Academy and is addressing undergraduates in certain streams of Engineering universities in Egypt. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about fields like Energy, Industry Mechanics. They will have the opportunity to interact with the experienced trainers and staff from Siemens in a virtual environment.
Internship Details
Duration of the internship is two weeks (from February 7 to February 18)
Format: Series of daily short learning bites/online courses
There will be 2 groups every day, group-1 (10:00 – 11:00) and group-2 (11:30 – 12:30). Students must stick to their selected group
Areas students will be covering are Power Plants Fundamentals, Renewable Energy for one discipline, CNC and Diesel Engines for the second discipline. No mix or switch between the selected discipline will be allowed
Mode of delivery: Online
Number of students targeted is 190-200 Students (First applied matching candidates will be short-listed – admission will closed right after the final selection is finalized)

University students from outside the Greater Cairo (outside Cairo/Giza/Qualubia) - Mandatory
A leader or a member of any educational or social group – Nice to have
Good English level (Fluent, Good or Fair)
