Target on revenue and AUM are met
Number of newly attracted clients by the job holder
Customer satisfaction rate
Number of referrals made to other business line in the bank
Number of concluded deals
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Attract new private banking clients to the bank
Increase the volumes of the Private Banking portfolio at the bank
Maximize profitability on accounts
Understand client objective and concludes deals
Make referrals to other business lines in the bank and maximize cross-selling opportunities
Fully understand the new products developed by the bank and provide creative solutions to clients
Train and provide clear guidance to the private banking team
Complies with CBE regulatory requirements in accordance with Bank’s policy and procedures
Review AUM reports presented by Assistant Relationship Managers
