Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Assist COM manager in credit note management - receive and post all debit notes from markets of all GCC countries.
Assist COM manager in updating/uploading IMS data to Business Intelligence (BI) tools and publish Power BI dashboards.
Track and upload the spends by brand by category for all countries.
Liaison between Market Managers and Marketing team on in-store activations.
Track and report in-store execution of Henkel brands as well as competitions.
Prepare trade presentations and Planograms for brands and countries.
Assist Trade Marketing Manager in POS management – POS request from markets, production, and shipment.
Liaison with Agencies on creating design/ developing POSMs and production.
Assist Trade Marketing Manager in analyzing competitor’s activity details by country.
Assist Sales Analyst to analyze ePOS data and publish dashboard (Power BI)
Support Sales Analyst on updating and analyzing key retailers flyers and prepare dashboard.
Job Requirements
Strong analytical skills
Fair knowledge of Marketing
Understanding of FMCG business.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Initiative & follow through
Excellent MS Office (Word, Power point, Excel) skills
Excellent English Language Skills (verbal and written)
