You will support the Business Process Management team with daily tasks and data analytics. You will be working in an international environment, having close contact with the Daimler AG headquarters. You will be assisting your manager and team members with WIMS daily file checks, performing the assigned daily tasks and adhoc data analyses and creating reports and presentations. Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Perform the required daily tasks for department
Conducting the daily WIMS file transfer checks
Adhoc return shipment processing
Assist BPM team on creating adhoc reports and presentations
Attend to special requests on reports and analyses of key figures
Assist BPM team in specific administration/documentation processes
Job Requirements
Good supply chain knowledge, experience in working with Supply Chain IT systems or databases will be added advantage.
Excellent oral and written communication in English
Ability to understand IT system landscapes and associated functionalities quickly
Have advanced skills in MS Office, preferably in MS Excel & Access, and also in Power BI
Able to use your analytical skills to solve problems, experience in data analysis is a plus
Big picture thinker, go-getter, self-starter
Honest, professional and a strong team player
Currently working towards or have recently completed a post-secondary diploma/degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
