Alahli Bank of Kuwait - ABK is currently recruiting for the role of Service Officer
To provide front office customer service support by receiving and guiding customers in the branch and provide basic services and assistance as required to fulfill the branch requirements and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Customer Service Deliver high quality customer service and exceed satisfaction goals Customer enquiries
Meets & Greets: Meet and greet customers in a courteous manner, understand their requirements and direct them to the relevant personnel Customer service
Desk Management Handle incoming customer enquiries
Handle these personally or refer to others
Ensure colleague understands customer requirements on-Cash
Document Processing Process all non-cash activities promptly and accurately to customer's satisfaction Records
Customer Records Create, update and maintain relevant customer records ensuring that data is recorded appropriately
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience in Business Administration and Management
1 - 3 year’s experience in a Consumer Branch role
Knowledge of products & services
Understanding of customer needs
High customer service level
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
