Alahli Bank of Kuwait - ABK is currently recruiting for the role of Support Staff - Corporate Support
Carryout the process of approval of credit facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Corporate Support: Support CBD, IBD and UAE business by co-ordinating with all business staff and organizing credit proposals for various committees, photocopying and distribution at all levels from relationship Managers to Board Members on bi-weekly basis.
Communication: Communicate meeting agenda & schedule and timely release of minutes.
Facility Management: Coordinating with vendors and stores to ensure credit committee printing, infrastructure and supplies are well maintained and timely actions taken.
Database: Maintain records of credit approvals of all stages from credit committee up to Board Approval.
Job Requirements
Diploma Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience in Finance
At least 2 years’ banking sector experience
Experience of banking practices and processes
Understanding of corporate banking products and services
Knowledge of Approval Matrix of CBD and IBD
