Alahli Bank of Kuwait - ABK is currently recruiting for the role of Executive Assistant - Operations
Handles all secretarial duties for the Division Head and organize and provide administrative assistance across a division or function.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Scheduling Handle the divisional timetable and ensure meetings are organized, attended and managed in line with requirements
Correspondences: Prepare minutes of meetings and manage the Division Head agenda.
Administration Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence for management signature
Typing Prepare reports, management letters etc. and arrange for sending when required
Travel administration Organize travel for the immediate direct reports.
Communication Ensure communication across the division/function on all key issues
Filing Maintain a filing system that records all relevant data and is easily retrieved.
Petty cash Administer petty cash transactions
Confidentiality Maintain confidentiality in handling and processing confidential information
Job Requirements
Diploma Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience in General Studies
Minimum of 7 years secretarial experience
Experience in providing secretarial support and services
Filing, archiving & documenting management.
Secretarial practices & procedures
Organizational structures
