Banque du Caire - BDC is currently recruiting for the role of ERP HCM Expert
The Oracle ERP HCM expert will manage and Overseas HCM applications and modules. Will plan business reports, provide direction on future enhancements, lead projects, troubleshoot system errors, and test/implement new HRIS functionality.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Implement Oracle HCM and Taleo Business Edition.
Contribute in all aspects of HCM projects from planning, building, implementing, testing, and support Manage the platform backend servers.
Ensure to meet the systems availability for all the backend systems excluding planned outage.
Follow-up on the daily health checks and fix problems once they appear on a server.
Insure to solve assigned Trouble Tickets (TTS) for the supported systems within SLA.
Clear notification for any problems - IR report
Support and implement all HR key events such as open enrollment and mid-year/ year-end performance and compensation cycles
Responsible for reviewing future release notes for HR applications and providing input to the HRIS leadership team of the impact and functionality of release
Trains HR staff and employees in various HR technologies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information technology or Communication Engineering.
7+ years of HR systems experience, Oracle HCM; Taleo
Previous experience in Oracle in one or more functional areas (core HR, benefits, compensation, and performance)
Experience in troubleshooting and scripting is a plus.
Strong Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Must have technical support experience, preferably in a large production environment.
Fluent English both oral and written is a must.
