The CIB Egypt is currently recruiting for the role of Mobile Products Sales Agent [Outsource]
To constantly attract and enrol new E-Wallets in line with the Digital Sales & Distribution strategy and objectives, using different sales approaches to increase the growth ratio of the wallets portfolio and market share..
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Products and Services Development
Presenting E-Wallets capabilities to potential customers and companies to increase wallet sales and market share.
Inform potential customers about features & benefits of using E-wallet as a financial product, ensure delivery of correctly filled application together with all necessary documents in a timely manner, to increase sales.
Train new and existing customers on E-Wallet features and common use cases, which will allow them to better use the wallet and ensure receive the maximum benefit out of it.
Decrease cost to serve mass segments and unbaked clients by serving their needs through E-Wallet, hence having an overall better profitability per client.
To submit accurate, complete, and timely reports regarding accomplishments and sales activities, to facilitate tracking sales targets achievement.
Achieve all given business target and KPIs by direct manager using all available resources to increase wallet sales and market share.
Mitigate risks by being aware of how to avoid the occurrence of misleading sales or fraudulent activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or equivalent
Minimum of 0 - 3 years of experience in banking/retail experience
English communication and time management skills
Verbal and written presentation skills
Target oriented
