Citi is currently recruiting for the role of Citiservice Officer
Ensures the full satisfaction of customers by building a strong customer relationship.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Handles daily incoming calls from the assigned customers and ensures logging all cases on STaRS Actively reduces the number of MIFT transactions and increasing CitiDirect usage Performs root cause analysis of all investigations emanating from the customers Ensures seamless and superior delivery of service to all customers Participates in special projects and tasks Proactively provides feedback to the CitiService Head and supporting units of suggested new products, marketing, service opportunities and issues to assist in consistently and constantly improving the customers’ experience with the bank
Job Requirements
University/College Degree.
Good command of the English language, additionally French language is preferred.
Superior communication and relationship building skills. Exemplifies Core Competencies: analysis, communication, customer focus, teamwork, process management, functional proficiency, and managing change.
3-5 years of related experience, preferably in the financial services industry; hospitality industry.
