Emirates Development Bank (EDB) is looking for Senior Internal Auditor
The Senior Internal Auditor will plan, supervise and perform individual internal audit projects and complex process audits in the areas of Corporate & SME business Banking, Credit Risk & Administration and Treasury Front Office/Back Office/Middle Office Departments in line with the approved Audit Plan, Audit Policy and International Audit Standards
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Be a subject matter expert in the area of corporate banking, SME business banking and Treasury audits
Execute audit engagements in a systematic and disciplined approach and with due professional care.
Prepare Audit Planning Memorandum and Risk Control Matrix.
Prepare the draft and final reports and executive summary and present to the Audit Manager / Head of Audit for their review.
Follow-up and monitor the resolution of audit observations by Management and reporting results to the Head of Audit.
Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Audit to achieve the Internal Audit objective as and when required
Coach and guide team members in area of expertise.
Job Requirements
UAE Nationals with family book is preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in auditing Corporate & SME business Banking, Credit Risk & Administration and Treasury FO/BO/MO Departments.
Qualified CPA or Chartered Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst is a must.
Bachelors in Finance or Accounting.
Bi-lingual (English & Arabic) Speaker and writer.
