Emirates Islamic is currently recruting for the role of Senior HRBP
The Unit is responsible for delivering HR activities and actions in support of the business strategy and is responsible for providing guidance and advice to Leadership and Line Managers with regards to HR interventions. To support the Human Resources to achieve the HR & Development team’s strategic objectives, as set out in the HR Strategic Action Plan by acting as the HR lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities.
The role holder manages and coordinates specialist HR activities such as Policy & Administration, Reward & Benefits, Performance Management and Recruitment & Onboarding; dedicated fully to internal clients as Managers & Employees.

Bachelor Degree holder
Managerial & HRBP Experience
A strategic thinker
A team player
Good communicator (both English/Arabic)
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Experience in dealing with senior executive level of banking professionals
