Kuwait International Bank - KIB is currently recruiting for the role of Product Owner
The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy. Overall end-to-end ownership of product strategy, product design, product development, launch and lifecycle management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Own the P&L progression of the products and make key decisions to meet product-specific financial targets
Lead and collaborate with a team of internal and external developers, designers and business individuals to provide empowering product experiences
Responsible to execute the digital strategy and maximize the product value, which is generated by the development team
End-to-end product ownership e.g., feature design, roadmap definition, UX/UI, etc.
Responsible for mobile app, website and front-end channels
Understand customer needs, industry/ market trends and business requirements and transfer these into app features or design
Responsible to manage prioritization of product backlog (develop feature list, user stories and roadmaps)
Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the voice of the customer
Work cross-functionally to gather Responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities
Create mockups and prototypes to assist with development
Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business Management or any related discipline
Master’s degree preferred
5-7 years of experience in product strategy, development and software management in an agile way of working
Experienced in owning and developing front-end solutions with appealing UX
Experienced launching at least one digital product
Knowledgeable in technology trends and agile product development
Scrum or Agile experience
