To be a driving force behind the Digital Change initiative within the Mercedes-Benz Network Development Tram
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Mapping of the digital landscape of all Mercedes-Benz systems affecting the Middle East Region & it’s General Distributors
Creation of one blueprint per General Distributor
Creation of a Glossary of all digital systems, incl. description, implementation info and dependencies
Support the Digital Workgroup to analyse the current landscape, create an ideal blueprint and address pain-points that are identified
Job Requirements
Ideally some working experience in the field of Business Systems/Software Implementation
Solid understanding of new technologies and software development methodology
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Good project management skills
Ability to work in a team providing high quality service support
Highly motivated and proactive
Excellent organizational skills
Great communicator
Good analytical skills
Passion/Respect/Integrity/Discipline
English language skills (Arabic/ German is a plus)
Undergraduate/University Degree in Business Information Systems or similar qualification
