    Job Description

    National Bank of Fujairah is currently recruiting for the role of Manager - Emiratization

    The key objective is to establish and drive the Emiratisation strategy through the company's annual business plans, policies and procedures for the departments and support divisional and organizational business strategy.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Develop and Implement strategic Emiratisation management plan:

    • Design, develop and implement the Emiratisation strategy short term and long term for the bank through proper benchmarking.

    • Ensuring that the strategy is Proactive and forward looking strategy and covers phases of External marketing strategy, Talent Acquisition, Induction, Training, Retention and Succession Planning, all the time maintaining an alignment with the overall goals of the organization.

    • To raise the profile of the bank as the “Preferred Employer” for UAE Nationals:

    • Develop relationships with preferred agencies and organizations to proactively participate in Career Fairs and other activities to raise the profile of the company as" Preferred Employer" of UAE Nationals consultation with Recruitment.

    • To develop an external marketing strategy with corporate affairs and Talent Acquisition to market the opportunities for local talent and manage the HR elements of execution of that plan.

    • Design community outreach programs to pro-actively market us as a destination employer for local talent - this could include regional Universities and Schools

    • Identify and build relationship with international educational institutions in order to attract local talent that are studying overseas.

    • Talent Acquisition and Placement:

    • Influence the talent acquisition process and strategies in order to attract high calibre local talent.

    • Building strong and proactive relationships with relevant governing bodies across the UAE

    • Use an array of sources / medium for seeking talent.

    • Work closely with HRBP’s to ensure the manpower planning is tuned towards ensuring placement of local talent in key roles in the organization, specifically focusing on increasing representation at more senior levels.

    • Set annual Emiratisation Target for each Department within the company in consultation with the line manager and HR department in line with the company's objective.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administration or other relevant discipline

    • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on Emiratisation, Learning & Development and Recruitment.

    • Bilingual - Advanced written and verbal Arabic/English language skills

    • Advanced Communication & Interpersonal Skills.

    • Advanced Planning & Organising Skills.

    • Advanced Stakeholder Management and Relationship Building Skills.

    • Intermediate level MS Office Skills.

    • Professional HR qualifications/accreditations are highly desirable.

    • Must be a UAE National.
