The role is based out of the Robeco Dubai office. Willingness to relocate to Dubai and be hired on a local contract is a requirement.
This internship will run for 6 months with a possibility for an extension
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Actively provide sales, account management and client relationship support to the clients based in Southern Africa & Opportunistically Africa ex SA.
Develop and manage 2 key strategic research and investment projects for the broader Robeco client group.
Running the monthly sales report which is fed through to senior management for the annual pipeline
Review written portfolio commentary for client reports on a monthly/quarterly basis
Serve as resource to Sales and Relationship team by completing various projects, produce and interpret competitor analysis reports and attribution reports
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or economics
Immaculate language skills in English is essential (written and spoken)
Good understanding of operations, investments and the investment process and exposure to institutional investors
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Service oriented and demonstrated problem solving abilities
Self-starter who is able to work independently and also actively participate in a team environment
Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to multitask in a meticulous and detail-oriented manner
Detail orientation and commitment to quality
Diligence, flexibility and determination
Honesty and integrity
Interest in and knowledge of the financial industry
Well versed with Computer applications such as power point, excel, word, outlook
