Alahli Bank of Kuwait - ABK is currently recruiting for the role of Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking
Manage a client portfolio and develop business with new clients through marketing products and services
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
People Management Manage, motivate and develop individual employees and the team in line with people policies & practices. Communicate operational procedures.
Corporate Governance and Compliance Work fully within risk policies and procedures and compliance regulations and ensure all divisional activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory/legal frameworks
Credit applications Prepare credit applications, handle the credit application process, advise clients of progress of applications, communicate outcomes and negotiate variations
Portfolio monitoring Monitor compliance with limits, contact clients on issues and take corrective action.
Client management Manage a portfolio ensuring client needs are delivered and a high quality service is provided to clients
Business development Develop business with potential clients and raise ABK’s profile in the sector
MIS Ensure MIS is accurate and ensure it is used accurately in analysing portfolio performance
Remedial accounts Handle the transition of remedial accounts and documentation etc.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience in Finance or ACCM Certified
Minimum 7 years banking sector experience
Experience in corporate banking, credit analysis or in supporting relationship management
Successful record of supporting major corporate clients
Experience in credit analysis, credit process and portfolio management
Understanding of corporate banking products and services
Knowledge of data analysis and data mining & data mining
Extensive experience within the payments cash management arena
Knowledge of corporate banking practice and processes
Knowledge of corporate lending theory and practice
