Attijariwafa Bank Egypt is currently recruiting for the role of Domain Support & Servers Admin Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

• Working with his manager to Provide Server administration and supporting for legacy systems located in-country including UNIX, Windows, ESX VMware latest version, SQL platforms and call center system

• Working with his manager to Provide management and Administration for different MS components ( AD , SCCM , exchange ,..) including different systems and bank’s users in professional way

• Working with his manager to adhere to the appropriate Security Policies and Standards of Attijaribank Egypt

• Working with his manager to Provide Backup and administration for SQL and Oracle systems located in-country

• Working with his manager to resolve all Incidents according to the agreed SAL with the business

• Working with his manager to ensure all AWB Systems components from Operating Systems and Servers point of view are operating effectively, thereby providing the highest level of system availability and performance.

• Working with his manager to adhere to Change Management procedures when installing or upgrading system software or Hardware.

• Working with his manager to ensure the compliance level for the systems that managed by his team to be at least 95%.

• Working with his manager according to the bank policy

• Provide a high-level of technical expertise to resolve live business problems.

• Work with his Manager to Ensure Attijaribank Egypt Group standards and procedures are in place

Job Requirements

• Have a good skills and knowledge in one of the platforms such as windows servers & desktop, LUINX, AIX, SAN storage, VMWARE and call center technologies for more than 2 years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a very good skills and knowledge in two of three of the platforms such as windows servers & desktop, LUINX, AIX, SAN storage, VMWARE and call center technologies for more than 3 years.

Competencies

• Can apply basic analysis activities.

• Leveraging Technology (LT)

• Have an understanding of recently updated technology.

• Have at least one skill in any of the following platforms

  • SQL and ORCAL DB admin

  • Windows 2016 AD

  • Linux Red hat.

  • San Storage administration.

  • Call center administrations and management.

  • MS exchange servers.

  • SCCM product

  • SCOM product

  • VMWARE product

  • AIX platform
