Job Description
The Commercial International Bank - CIB Egypt is currently recruiting for the role of Import LCs Processor
Process different transactions pertaining to trade finance products (letter of credit, letter of guarantee, documentary collection etc…) according to approved bank standards and SOP’s in alignment with CBE regulations, international rules and compliance and provides superior quality service.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Check the received transactions and ensure that all required documents are obtained and properly fulfilled to ensure its completeness prior to inputting the transaction data in the system.
Execute transactions through the related system, after obtaining the proper approval to ensure smooth workflow of operations.
Ensure accuracy of data entry information (Financial & Non-Financial) and documents in order to avoid any rejection from reviewer / authorizer.
Check and authorize trade finance transactions within his/her limit, SWIFT authorization whenever applicable.
File and carefully maintain bank data, documents and security items in an efficient and timely manner according to bank's SOPs and manuals to ensure proper archiving.
Prepare required reports for Audit, CBE, Authorization & Control, etc. within the TAT and according to the agreed SLA to support decision-making.
Respond diligently to business stakeholders requests (branches, credit, IT, etc.) within the TAT to ensure smooth workflow of operations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent certificate
Processor: 0 - 2 years’ of experience
Sr. Processor: Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in banking operations
CDCS is a must
Good communication Skills
Good command of English and Arabic languages.
Good Analytical thinking and problem solving.
Proficient User of MS Office
Critical judgment and decision-making.
