    Job Description

    Citi is currently recruiting for the role of DCC Customer Service Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Deal directly with SFS customers on all related queries to equities settlements & foreign Exchange proceeds, in addition to the monthly evaluation.

    • Handle all related SFS customer issues, including all required investigations, monitoring, and reporting.

    • Follow-up on unsettled FX deals, & send related interest claims. Submit weekly MIS reports to the region.

    • Submit clients’ reports, as appropriate. Logging all clients’ inquiries/requests/complaints on the system.

    • Prepare departmental proofs. Respond to client’s market questionnaires even if not related to daily settlement and provide guidance to clients in case required.

    • Full understanding of capital market and market players roles

    Job Requirements

    • From 2 to 5 years in Banking sector
