Citi is currently recruiting for the role of DCC Customer Service Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Deal directly with SFS customers on all related queries to equities settlements & foreign Exchange proceeds, in addition to the monthly evaluation.
Handle all related SFS customer issues, including all required investigations, monitoring, and reporting.
Follow-up on unsettled FX deals, & send related interest claims. Submit weekly MIS reports to the region.
Submit clients’ reports, as appropriate. Logging all clients’ inquiries/requests/complaints on the system.
Prepare departmental proofs. Respond to client’s market questionnaires even if not related to daily settlement and provide guidance to clients in case required.
Full understanding of capital market and market players roles
Job Requirements
From 2 to 5 years in Banking sector
