Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Designing compelling visual content that aligns with our Employer value proposition to attract great talent to Sanofi greater Gulf on relevant platforms including social media.
Co -create campaigns to increase internal and external engagement through employer branding initiatives in alignment with the talent lead.
Design a visual library of tools to be used for our employer branding activations (digital and offline)
Job Requirements
Having creative superpowers with design tools such as Illustrator/Adobe Indesign
Having worked with video editing tools (even if it is your passion projects)
Either studied or have an understanding of branding
Being Empathetic and enjoy working with people across cultures
Having either /or of the qualifications mentioned in the About you section
Enjoying converting content into compelling visual stories
