ALEXBANK is currently recruiting for the role of System Administrator (Middleware)
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Responsible for the Building, Configuring, administration, maintenance, monitoring and error analysis of the application server landscape of the Bank and to maintain middleware environments in operational conditions
Coordination and installation of new versions and patches, after studying the impact of new versions and to propose and realize the evolutions of middleware environments.
Configuration management of middleware environments.
In charge of change management, incidents and application release.
Good command of WebSphere, IBM and Apache HTTP, Tomcat, IIS, DevOps concepts and tools.
Support of the ICT teams in providing high-quality solutions for problems.
Job Requirements
Completed University degree in Computer Science.
At least three years of professional experience in the administration of application servers.
In-depth knowledge of IBM WebSphere Deployment Manager – Clusters - WebSphere Security and SSL Configuration – Application Deployments – WebSphere Tuning, Installation and Configuration of IBM HTTP Server (HTTP Configuration, HTTP Security, Plugin Configuration)T, Installation and configuration of Tomcat Application Server, Apache HTTP, Microsoft IIS.
