Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
With the Consumer Co-Creation Center Manager work to organize and execute of consumer based technical studies geared towards enhancing innovation for products and packaging utilizing tools such as qualitative focus groups, 1:1 interviews, central location testing and surveys (qualitative & quantitative studies)
Working with vendor and contractor partners to coordinate and communicate research study planning and coordinate consumer recruitment
Prepare study stimulus (product / packaging preparation, coordinating translations, preparing administrative details, etc.)
Job Requirements
Relevant degree in Psychology, Sensory Science, Marketing/Market Research, Food Science, Ecotrophology, or related scientific discipline
Interest in Consumer Co-Creation, i.e. Consumer Science, User Experience & Sensory, Consumer Product Insights with qualitative tools such as Focus Groups, Speed Dating Sessions, 1:1 Individual Interviews, Design Thinking & Agility
Consumer moderation and interviewing skills a plus
Strong organizational skills in terms of project, people, team and time management
Experienced in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. and state of the art MR software programs for study preparation and analyzing (e.g. programming of questionnaires).
Strong communication skills in personal dealings with external customers, good oral and written communication skills and a well-groomed appearance
Ability to abstract and a good numerical understanding
Characterized as a careful, sympathetic, service- and customer-oriented working individual
Mandatory fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
