Intern: THERAPY DEVELOPMENT Cardiac Rhythm Management, Cardiac Ablation Solutions, CARDIOVASCULAR DIAGNOSTICS & SERVICES
The therapy development role is an exciting opportunity working with the marketing team with great involvement with commercial teams and other functions so to support and coordinate initiatives across the three operating units teams of Cardiac Rhythm Management, Cardiac Ablation Solutions, and Cardiovascular Diagnostics & Services. This individual will gain substantial exposure and experience in developing Emerging Africa market in specific and other regions in general with the common initiatives that’d be done across regions.
This is a indicating it is a temp role 3-6 months contract
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Support and coordinate key initiatives focused on therapy development in EA (Emerging Africa) region.
Attend core team meetings and support marketing deliverables from those meetings
Consolidate and align key plans.
Work with OU managers and local marketing leads to define and execute strategic plans in EA.
Support company internal workshops and analysis at country and business level in key areas of focus set by SME leadership.
Track performance and reporting of plans and strategies on a timely basis.
Collaborate with operating unit heads, marketing, T&E, and functions in the region.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or Business
English (Fluent); Arabic
Experience with MS Office suite of products, with a high degree in confidence in Excel
Ability to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills
Enjoys interacting and participating in a team environment, but is effective at self-direction
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to manage time effectively; well organized and able to set and reset priorities
French Language fluency.
Previous experience in Marketing roles in either Pharma or Device industry.
