Haier - Raya Electric, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a HR Trainee with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Handling the screening and interviewing process including the phone screening and assessment process flow with hiring managers
Supporting in employee engagement activities including internal communication
Supporting in training plan implementation on timely basis
Supporting in employee onboarding process to ensure unique employee experience during the first 90 days
Creating and analyzing HR dashboard on timely basis to advise management for action planning
Job Requirements
Years of Experience Min: 0
University graduate.
Excellent command of English
