Banque Misr is currently recruiting for the role of Data Analyst (MIS)
To provide data analysis and support to the branch network by designing and automating dashboards to evaluate opportunities and assess results.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Design dashboards for transformed branches for interim-state and end-state, with different views at the branch level, area level and network level
Automate dashboard and update on a daily-basis tracking of progress and measure performance of transformation against KPIs to create transparency
Work with IT to crystalize reports and obtain clean data in required format to refresh analysis
Modify and tweak models to account for changing assumptions as needed
Design leads funnel (with different stage) for outbound leads and work with marketing team
Share results with branch staff, branch manager and head of the Transformation.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in data models and reporting packages
5 - 7 years experience preferred
Strong analytical skills with attention to details
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages (Excel, Alteryx, etc.) and reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, Javascript, etc.)
Knowledge of Think cell is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Solution oriented approach and flexibility
