    the Arab African International Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Medium Enterprise Sr. Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Monitor, control and optimize workflow to increase the productivity and maintaining the quality, systems, and structure of the SMEs business line within the branch.

    • Proactively manage the portfolio of Medium Enterprise Clients by maintaining good relationship with existing customers and developing/building relationship with new clients to achieve the set targets.

    • Provide cross-selling solutions in co-operation with the relevant departments of the bank.

    • prepare Credit Proposal Memos (CPMs) that present the proposed facility package and the associated terms and conditions.

    • Manage and plan various activities of SMEs services and developing new business ideas and action plans, ensuring efficient and effective services are provided to customers in all SMEs areas.

    • Analyze the customers’ credit worthiness, propose financial package and obtain approvals on new customers’ facilities.

    • Ensure the availability, enforceability & renewal of respective documentation under the approved operative facilities

    • Follow up on the proper and timely execution of the client’s daily transactions, ensure proper disbursement mechanism under approved facilities


    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Banking, Finance and Investment

    • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience for the Relationship manager & minimum 5-7 for the Senior Relationship Manager.

    • Credit Certified

    • Very good understanding of the banking products specially the SMEs and GTB products.

    • Very Good English language

    • Strong Communication skills

    • Excellent command of PC skills especially (MS Office) package.

    • Intellectual and very good analytical skills

    • Very good persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills.

    • Proven teamwork skills & committed to the team’s success.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment

    • Proven problem solving and decision-making skills for complex queries
