the Arab African International Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Product Officer
Responsible of supporting the ideation and execution of a product vision. Will assist in the problem solving, assist in sharing guidance on priorities and supporting the successful execution of consumer products that is meeting the client’s expectations and up to their satisfaction level.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Support the execution of digital product development
Collaborate with the business, development and design function in an agile way to deliver digital journeys and products
Use Agile methodology to assist in developing creative and efficient solutions that enhance the customer and employee experience
Assist in scope clarifications and user testing
Assist in liaising with other teams within and outside the digital factory to negotiate timelines, deliverables and dependencies
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or any related discipline
1-2 years of experience working on agile projects as a product officer
Very good command of English Language along with very good communication skills
Experience on working with Kanban boards and scrum methodology is preferable
Understanding how to create a great product vision, product roadmap and conduct a competitive analysis
Awareness of product owner toolkit (e.g. Jira, Miro, Trello, and Figma)
Good analytical skills and data driven approach to constantly analyze user feedback and analytics report
Knowledge of estimation and prioritization practices for user acceptance testing
