EG-Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Digital Communication Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Content creation of all platforms either in cooperation with agencies or by the team when needed.
Managing and monitoring the performance of the website including the content and all updates required and needed, using the website as an acquisition tool, following the policies of updating the website with all involved stakeholders.
Delivers monthly performance reports/findings highlighting the performance KPIs of all digital applications/platforms including and not limited to: website, social media, branches screens, HR applications, etc. with recommendations of improvement methods and approach.
For the branches screens, manage the updates and accuracy of promoted content of all screens in all branches by setting a tracking process for it. Improve the performance of this tool/channel.
Contribute in managing the performance of leads generated from all digital media platforms/channels by measuring and tracking the conversion and assessing the quality of leads (ROI measured in averages and figures). Making sure with the different stakeholders that the generated leads are properly handled with an identified result and outcome. Managing the improvement of leads performance. Generate monthly reports.
Managing and moderating the content of all social media in liaison with COM/Brand/Product Managers and always seek creative ways of improvements.
Handling and managing the digital campaigns.

Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Communication or any related field
From 1:4 years’ experience in related field
Very good Communication skills
Good command of Arabic and English
