    EG-Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Retail Credit Review Manager

    Manage a team of analysts and ensure all process activities are directed to achieve excellent customer experience as per agreed service level standards and good credit quality to assume delegated authority and lending powers as per retail credit framework and ensure compliance with policy parameters and permissible deviations to product To assure delegated authority and lending powers as per retail credit framework and ensure compliance with policy parameters and permissible deviation to product programs. Ensure strict adherence to retail products credit polices across new/ existing customer relationships in a multi-product environmental. Communicate and reporting to credit assessment manager about the status and progress of the business to ensures that manager become fully aware of the things that happen in the team and the business.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Responsible for delivery of quality of booking through the door performance and key performance targets.

    • To ensure that TAT against SLA is met.

    • To identify anomalies /gaps in the credit policy, product manual guidelines and operation process and to recommend modification thereof.

    • To develop and facilitate the team members in acquiring and upgrading skills and continuously improving the same by identifying, communicating and promoting the use of lending principles, concepts methodologies and sharing fraud experience.

    • Monitor performance MIS statistics for the team to highlight team productivity, error rates, approval, decline, definition rate and trends and adherence to SLAs.

    • Train line stuff, develop and conduct quizzes to evaluate product knowledge, asses results and flow with coaching and counseling.

    • Provides regular market feedback to the management to improve the quality, performance and competitiveness of the bank’s products and services.

    • Completing other special tasks requested by department head.

    • Avoid Consequences of Errors which may have a significant adverse effect on relationships with customers and the Bank’s asset quality.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.
