EG-Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Operation Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Monitors all related transactions and follows up on the control reports to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Validates and signs various requests and transactions according to the authority matrix
Ensures all audit notes are fully adhered to and closed in due time and that no recurrence exist in future
Ensures high level of customer service including the review of complaints related to operations area and resolves such to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
Checks and approves transactions and applications as per the granted authorities to ensure that work is error-free and adheres to policies and procedures
Monitors, carries out and hands over custody items and keys between employees in accordance to custodian matrix and related policies and procedures
Manages and ensures functionality of security and controls systems in branch and follows up on its periodic maintenance and as necessary
Manages subordinates' personnel related issues and provides performance improvement opportunities aligned with work requirements
Handles all branch operational issues related to IT, Compliance and Centralization
Approves identified branch cash needs
Spots any potential selling opportunity and refers it to concerned parties
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in business administration or finance from a recognized university
Fluent in Arabic and English (writing and speaking)
Min. of 6 years of experience in Banking, 3 of which in branch operations
