Banque du Caire - BDC is currently recruiting for the role of SMEs Business Development Manager
SMEs Business Development manager is responsible for develop and implement new client acquisition strategies from within existing and new channels , Leading efforts to establish and retain business growth opportunities
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Align with relevant stakeholders to build business models that best suit the segment based on the target market analysis and customer needs.
Work closely with Business Development Head in building a suitable development plan to the assigned Business team to ensure providing them with the needed skills and techniques through career path.
Build contests to motivate distribution channels bring more sales and increase revenues.
Assist in building the project map and millstones for all assigned projects by the Head Day- to-day operations.
Implement approved department policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that Work is carried out in a controlled manner.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalent
Minimum 5 years Experience in SMEs banking.
Credit course is a plus.
Excellent command of English & Arabic languages
Qualitative & analytical skills
