    Crédit Agricole is currently recruiting for the role of Customer Service Agent

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Maintain a superior customer service experience with our client

    • Ensure delivery of customer promise and practice brand values, continue to maintain and improve the quality of service offered.

    • Up-sell and cross-sell other bank products and services to existing customers

    • Minimize customer attrition.

    • Maintain customer contact.

    Job Requirements

    • Nature of job requires Excellent English, in presenting all business documents and report writing and in communicating with stakeholders

    • Excellent Computer skills with the ability to operate different MS application.

    • Excellent Interpersonal skills.

    • Sales skills Capabilities.

    • Excellent Written & oral communication.

    • Excellent Presentation Skills.

    • Digital Oriented.

    • Agility to Perform multiple tasks.
